Store scan and revenue-risk flow discovery

I'm so thrilled to introduce the new Discovery feature. TestAgent now auto-discovers ecommerce flows from a store scan. All TestAgent needs is your store link. No setup, scripts, or test cases required. It will explore your store like a real customer and auto-discover the flows you should monitor and run on a continuous basis, including checkout, signup and login, search, navigation, and other important store flows.

This makes ecommerce website testing much more autonomous. Even a non-technical person on the team can run these tests. Instead of deciding every test from scratch, users can start with discovered flows and choose which ones to run or schedule for monitoring.

Features

  • βœ… Auto-discover ecommerce flows from a store scan.
  • βœ… TestAgent finds checkout, signup and login, search, navigation, and other important store flows.
  • βœ… Group discovered flows by HIGH, MEDIUM, and LOW revenue risk.

Improvements

  • πŸ”§ Discovery results save through API-backed project records.
  • πŸ”§ Discovery prompt focuses on ecommerce behavior, revenue risk, and what is worth monitoring.

Cloud execution for checkout tests

Until now, TestAgent could run checkout tests, but the execution layer was still too simple for serious monitoring. For more reliable ecommerce testing in the future, a proper cloud runner foundation needed to be laid.

Namely, TestAgent now has cloud runners and isolated browser sessions. Before, overlapping runs could interfere with each other. Now, TestAgent can run ecommerce checkout tests in parallel and keep payment flow, cart, and website monitoring results organized by project.

Features

  • βœ… Checkout tests now run on cloud runners instead of a local machine.
  • βœ… Parallel runners can handle multiple automated browser tests at the same time.
  • βœ… Discovery identifies important website flows before execution.
  • βœ… Projects and history keep website checks and previous results in the dashboard.

Improvements

  • πŸ”§ Containerized browser sessions keep concurrent test runs isolated.
  • πŸ”§ Checkout prompts focus on clearer steps and result summaries.
  • πŸ”§ Test summaries show pass/fail status before supporting details.

Fixes

  • πŸ”§ Fixed: parallel runners use separate browser displays so sessions do not collide.
  • πŸ”§ Fixed: checkout test execution stays stable when more than one run is active.

Protected dashboard beta

Features

  • βœ… Google sign-in protects the dashboard and app pages.
  • βœ… Side-by-side layout shows the test form and running test state together.
  • βœ… Dashboard shows which test actions require a paid plan.

Improvements

  • πŸ”§ Test progress shows each step while a checkout run is in progress.
  • πŸ”§ Fixed: dashboard checks redirect signed-out users back to login.

Checkout testing dashboard

Features

  • βœ… Run an AI checkout test from a product or collection URL.
  • βœ… Test the checkout flow from product page to cart and checkout.
  • βœ… See step-by-step checkout results using a real ecommerce demo.

Improvements

  • πŸ”§ Dashboard actions introduce checkout, signup/signin, product search, and filters.
  • πŸ”§ Homepage CTA changes to β€œTest My Checkout” to match the supported flow.
